As Malaysia’s first company to locally design, develop, assemble and install HVLS fans, HIAP LOONG Sdn Bhd provides professional, safety-first and energy-efficient airflow solutions.

With over 18 years of technical experience and more than 14 years of HVLS fan installation expertise, we serve factories, warehouses, shopping malls, schools, commercial buildings, mosques and churches.

Building on years of hands-on experience, we launched MAXIMA FANS, our homegrown HVLS fan brand focused on maximum airflow with minimum energy consumption.

2008

Hiap Loong was founded, focusing on supplying power tools and providing equipment maintenance services.

March 2009

Began installing HVLS fans in Malaysia, marking the beginning of our specialised airflow journey.

March 2015

Appointed as a certified installer for Big Ass Fans Malaysia, supporting regional growth.

April 2016

Appointed as a certified installer for MacroAir, expanding our expertise in international HVLS brands.

August 2017

Became authorised installer and troubleshooter for Big Ass Fans Malaysia, supporting customers across APAC.

January 2023

Our vision turned into MAXIMA FANS — developed and launched as our in-house HVLS fan brand.
